Los colaboradores free-lance ceden sus CVS y sus datos para poder ser contactados para tareas que tengan que ver con su labor en Ibizabartenders, sin por ello dejar de ser bienvenidos los que les contacten por temas que tengan que ver con la Coctelería o Barista, ya que en Ibizabartenders todas las personas son cuidadosamente seleccionadas para trabajar con nosotros, pero son libres de poder elegir hasta cuando. Lo importante es querer pertenecer a una familia que es mucho más que una escuelita, es una forma de vivir, un concepto, donde cada soldado que cae podrá ser reemplazado por otro, no sin lamentar su partida y a la vez ayudarles en su camino a seguir. Mi último deseo será, como cuando fundé la delegación de la Asociación de Barmen de Baleares en Ibiza y Formentera en 2004, la de irme, (como lo hice de dicha delegación en 2007) y que Ibizabartenders siga, (como la delegación lo hace hasta hoy, en 2018), o sea, que IBIZABARTENDERS, como siempre dije, sea un concepto, que pueda seguir sin mi. Así sea.
